This program covers food preparation techniques, safety and sanitation, menu planning and inventory management while providing real-world experience in a commercial kitchen setting. Students will develop essential culinary skills, from mastering fundamental cooking methods to plating visually appealing dishes. Whether aspiring to be a chef, baker or restaurant manager, this program provides the foundation for success in the foodservice industry.
