5.3 Use of District Owned Vehicles

Policy 5.3
District owned transportation may be used for school related business and/or activity trips. Requests for transportation vehicles for those purposes should be made one (1) week in advance.
Requests for a bus will be presented to, and approved by, the campus director.
Any person utilizing district owned transportation are responsible for refueling and picking up litter or trash at the conclusion of each activity trip.
Any person using vehicles for personal use may be subject to disciplinary action, which could include termination or dismissal.
