Kiamichi Technology Center, School District No. 7 was organized for the purpose of providing occupational training to the citizens within the district and for citizens within areas surrounding the district. Whereas, it is the Board of Education’s philosophy that each individual have specific and general aptitudes and abilities, it is the intent of the Board of Education to provide those training opportunities and experiences which will foster the development of all persons to their own potential and capacity.

The educational program of the technology center will focus on the individual.  In assisting each individual to become a responsible citizen, the technology center is contributing to the betterment of our nation and society as a whole.  Education is essential to the development of character, physical and mental health, emotional security, and it provides the foundation for successful living in an ever-changing world.
