Drug and Alcohol Prevention

Drug and Alcohol Prevention

Kiamichi Tech is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and productive learning environment for all students. The use of illegal or illicit drugs, the misuse of prescription or over-the-counter medications, and the unlawful possession or use of alcohol are strictly prohibited and can negatively impact academic success, personal well‑being, and future career opportunities. Students are expected to comply with all drug and alcohol prevention policies while on campus, in school vehicles, and at school-sponsored events. Violations may result in disciplinary action and, when applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities. Additional information regarding expectations, consequences, and available resources for counseling and support can be found in the Student Handbook and the policies linked on this page.
