Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Click the link below
    2. Click the blue Add to Cart button
    3. Click blue Sign In and Check Out
      1. Sign in with an Existing Student Sign In – If you took the classes last year you will already have a login.  If you forgot it please use the “ Forgot Student ID Number?” link below the “Continue to Checkout” Button.  Please do not make another account if you made one last year.
      2. If you are a new employee or didn’t take the PD last year use the “Register Now” button.
    4. Next, you will come to a page that says Do Not Close. It will have the PIN that you will use to log into the class.
    5. Click on Start Your Class.  You will use the Student ID and Pin Number to log into the class.
    1. If you close out your class and need to resume there will be an email sent with a link “Start Your Class”. 
    2. You can use that link to resume it. This email will probably go to your SPAM/Junk Folder!

    If you can’t find the link please call your local campus! 

  • Each assignment (all the videos) need to be open for them to be marked complete. All you have to do is click the link and wait for the video to pop up. 

    If a test is not shown complete then you will need to find that test and take it until it is passed. It should then turn green and you can continue. 

  • After taking the evaluation you will have the option to save or print your certificate.

    If you closed the class and need your certificate use the link in your email to reopen the class. Click on Course Completion and there should be an option to print your certificate. 

    If not all steps are green the refer to the “Why aren’t my assignments or tests complete?” and “Do I have to fill out the evaluation?”
