LEADership KTC (Leadership, Exploration and Development)
is designed to assist interested full-time employees in learning about KTC’s
overall district operations, exploring their strengths and opportunities in
managing ideas and people, and developing leadership skills that can be applied
in their current position.
During the program, participants visited other technology
centers around the state, learned more about KTC and the CareerTech system, and
toured KTC campuses throughout the 11,200 square miles of the district.
