Five members of the Kiamichi Technology Centers’ staff completed the first annual LEADership KTC on April 11, 2017. Those participating were Crystal Hanks, KTC Wilburton; Homer Chapman, KTC Hugo; Sheri Taylor, KTC McAlester; Stacia McCune, KTC Wilburton; and Sharon Hosler, KTC Poteau.
LEADership KTC (Leadership, Exploration and Development) is intended to assist interested full-time employees in learning about KTC’s overall district operations, exploring their strengths and opportunities in managing ideas and people, and developing leadership skills that can be applied in their current position.
During the program, participants visited other technology centers around the state, learned more about KTC and the CareerTech system and toured KTC campuses throughout the 11,200 square miles of the district.
