  • Bunker Gear and SCBA

  • Hose training preferred they have bunker gear and SCBA. Minimum gear helmet, gloves, work pants.

Class Descriptions

  • Training will cover common errors in situational awareness that have resulted in first responders being injured or killed. We will cover avoiding bad situations when possible and how to minimize the risk.

  • Training goes over gaining entry into structures without the least amount of damage possible. It will cover bypassing locks, going through locks, and deactivating locks. Students need safety glasses, gloves, and closed toe shoes.

  • Classroom setting to go over data, skills acquisition, and development, and finish with scenarios under smoke conditions with live actors. 

  • In this hands-on training, we will discuss the pros and cons for several deployment methods, including the flat load, minute man, triple lay, and Cleveland loads. With impute from the students, we will improvise and modify loads to best suit. 

  • This training will cover removing individuals and their extremities caught in various machines. Training will also cover patient implementations. The following props can be expected lawnmower, woodchipper, tiller, cement mixer, pool pump, Auger, more. Students need long sleeves, pants, safety glasses, and closed toe shoes.
